My career spans 25+ years with service in individual, family, and group work inclusive of adolescents, young adults, and seniors across a variety of settings: home-based, medical office, inpatient and outpatient treatment centers, as well as nonprofit and corporate organizations. As a licensed independent clinical social worker in South Carolina and North Carolina, trauma informed counselor, and behavioral health coach; I strive to meet the person where they are along life’s path. I am honored to be a trusted resource for others to find happiness, healing, and embrace the simplicity of life. #GratefulGuidanceLC
I am thankful to have attained many of my tangible goals, including a Bachelor’s degree in Business, a Master’s of Social Work, and PhD coursework in Organizational Leadership. I am the founding Chair and President of Women Connecting Women Chapter of American Business Women’s Association and a recipient of the Top Ten Business Woman of the Year for ABWA. I am an author, South Carolina Notary Public, public speaker, mother and wife. I often remind myself, ” to work hard yet play hard” as a way to balance family, career, and social. It is my intent to live my best civic, professional, and personal life.
